Troubleshooting
What the app's messages mean and what to do next.
"Gas went up"
Network fees rose after you funded the sponsor wallet. The gas screen shows the extra amount to send. The address is unchanged; send the difference and the rescue continues.
"Your signatures expired"
More than an hour passed between signing and funding. Press "Sign again": you return to the review screen and sign with a fresh deadline. Nothing was sent, and gas already in your sponsor wallet is kept.
"Not rescued" next to a token
The contract tried to move that token and the token refused the transfer. Some tokens block transfers from certain wallets or are paused. Nothing was charged for it. The other tokens in the same rescue still moved. You can retry that token on its own later.
"This is the compromised wallet"
You entered the compromised wallet as the receiver or as the wallet to withdraw leftovers to. Use a different wallet; sending anything back there hands it to the attacker.
"Please switch your wallet to …"
Your connected wallet is on a different chain from the one you picked in Step 1. Use the switch button on the gas screen, or change the network in your wallet.
"Your rescue was sent but is not confirmed yet"
The transaction is in the network but no receipt came back in time. Press "Try again" to keep waiting for the same transaction; the app never signs a second one for the same rescue.
"This browser cannot create a sponsor wallet"
Private windows and some older browsers block the storage the sponsor wallet needs. Use an up-to-date browser outside private mode.
No tokens detected
Check the chain. Tokens on another chain are not shown. If the token is there but not listed, add it by contract address under "Enter token address manually".
